Súper sensitive skin

We’ve bought our baby special baby laundry detergent to try and help her skin but it’s still really dry and sore and the sore part starts exactly as her nappy stops which makes us think her clothes are the issue. Does anyone have any good recommendations for washing detergent that is good for super sensitive skin? Her skin is clearly irritating her as she’s scratching it now.

Sorry to hear about your LOs skin.
Have you seen your local health visitor, pharmacist or GP about her skin? They will be able to take a more detailed assessment and recommend a tailored plan of care which will include skin care routines and treatments.
If they feel it is eczema you may find Eczema Information for Parents & Children | Eczema.org helpful.
If you feel the detergent is making her skin worse, have you been able to try a new one to see if that makes the skin any better?
