I am by NHS standards about 7 weeks pregnant but I suspect I ovulated late due to irregular cycles and I think I'm only about 4 weeks pregnant if we go from conception.

I havent had any symptoms really except super sore boobs. I tested positive on a digital about a week and a half ago.

Yesterday midday, I got really strong cramping on my left side and when I wiped after a pee, there was brown blood. I went to A&E and they've booked me an ultrasound for Monday (another 2 days away) and they took blood.

They confirmed my hcg levels are 550 which is normal for a 4 week pregnancy but low for 7 weeks.

They weren't too concerned and sent me home to wait for the ultrasound on Monday. They said its likely they won't be able to see anything but they can retake blood to check hcg levels.

I'm super worried. The cramping lasted hours and there was brown blood everytime I wiped.

Today, the cramping is gone and I passed a gummy texture like brown discharge which might have been a clot.

My sore boobs has gone.

I think I've miscarried but I havent had any pink/red bleeding.

Can anyone reassure me about this? I'm finding it impossible to wait until Monday.

Is there any chance this is normal? And everything is okay?

Hi Hira

How have you been since you posted?

The early days of pregnancy can be hard as sometimes we may experience symptoms that can be quite normal for early pregnancy but can also be symptoms that might mean something that may be not so pleasant to go through.

It is positive to hear that you have already gone to be seen and have an appointment tomorrow. Although I do appreciate the wait can be hard as we want to understand and know what is happening a lot quicker.

I hope others will come and share their experience to offer reassurance at this time to you.

Wishing you all the best for your scan on Monday

Since I passed that larger gummy bit of brown discharge, its been cleaner when I wiped.

My husband and I actually made love this morning and its now brown again when I wipe so unsure if that's due to cervix irritation or if something more is going on.

I've completely lost my symptoms and I'm beginning to accept I've miscarried but I'll find out tomorrow I guess

Unfortunately it's an ectopic pregnancy.

My hcg levels have increased today from when they tested on Friday.

They're testing again on Wednesday and I'm praying my hcg levels have gone down so they won't have to operate.

There was nothing in the womb and the hcg levels haven't increased enough to suggest a healthy pregnancy and they could see a mass of some kind in my left tube.

I've been bleeding quite a lot and I passed a clot of thick tissue earlier.
