I have had a farmer palmers pass since I started going with my son 3 years ago, I have since bought him a pass plus my 2 nieces and a couple of my childminding children. We always have a great time when we go and the children never want to leave! They offer so much to do in all weathers and the farmer palmers passes are a great way to making it so worth while. I can't recommend this lovely far, enough! Please go and find out for yourselves! N.wilson

Farmer Palmer's has so much to do even in the rain, quite simply the best day out for small children. Very friendly staff, well thought out layout and facilities, very clean and well maintained. They also offer a great range of delicious home cooked food which is reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a fun packed and stress free day (well as stress free as they come when you have 4 little ones), just wish we lived a few miles closer.

I have been a regular visitor for over 15 years - with my own children when they were younger and now with the children I care for as a Registered Childminder. The weekly visit to the farm is definitely the favourite activity for the children. The farm and the equipment and of course the animals are well-cared for and new and interesting things are regularly added to wide variety of things on offer. The staff are fantastic - welcoming and knowledgeable and make every visit an enjoyable and interesting experience.

My children and I are annual pass holders and love meeting our friends here. This week I also had the pleasure of accompanying my daughter's nursery school trip to Farmer Palmers. We were accommodated brilliantly and all the children (and adults!) had a wonderful time.

Wow - this was our first time at Farmer Palmers with our 15 month old. I had heard good things from friends and I was not disappointed. Such a lot for the little ones to do and I can see my son enjoying it even more as he gets older. I love the fact that you can bring your own picnic and there is even some indoor benches to eat at for those who dont like to sit outside. Make sure you get to the lamb feeding early though otherwise you wont get a seat!!

I've been going here on and off for over 14 years now and it improves every year! If you have small or medium children then go, it's a fabulous day out esp when it's sunny I have fond memories of jumping into the old ball pool with my friend when no children in sight.....we were chucking balls for hours! You can't ever regret a trip here it's truly lovely

We had a brilliant day here on Fathers' Day this year. They do 1/2 price entry for Dads, which made it even better value for money at only £11.25 for us and our 18 month old (free for under 2s). The standard admission is £7.50 for adults, so needs updating on the listing above. They have literally thought of everything! Our little boy spent all day running around having loads of fun and didn't sit in his buggy once! There are loads of indoor and outdoor activities, kids can get hands on with the animals and the food is brilliant and very reasonable too. Can't say enough great things about it! We'll definitely be going back again (and probably again)!

I visited farmer palmers today with my 21mth son. We also had his grandparents and aunty & uncle with us. Even in the rain showers we all had a great day out. There is so much to keep him entertained. He loved holding the guinea pigs and even had a go at hand feeding a lamb (he was fine until he ran out of food and they jumped up!). The place has so much to offer that this is his second visit in a couple of week. It is excellent value for money and a great day out for all.

Its FANTASTIC!!!! Both my daughter and I get very excited about feeding the animals and she talks about it after wards and asks when we are going "arm arm"! She's only just 2 and its perfect for her. We did hte woodland walk for the first time today and the bouncy castle. Even though it was busy with a nursery group there the staff were fab an everyone got a turn at things. The animals are just gorgeous, its well laid out, the play facilities amazing in themselves for toddler-entertaining . Beautiful new pigs and lambs....

We took our 1 year old and 18 year old to FP and had a really wonderful day...i cant praise it enough. Staff are friendly and helpful, the cafe is clean and has an indoor play area for babies and toddlers and one for older kids. The animals are great fun and well organised. My 1 year old loved feeding and stroking the pigs and sheep ! The outside play park was suitable for her and older kids and she loved the sand and wandering around seeing the animals outside. I dont know who found it more fun - my one year old or my 18 year old! Definately a must to go and see and they even do birthday parties there!!

Absolutely brilliant place - I take my 2 and 5 year old regularly as there is loads for them to do rain or shine almost all year round. I would also recommend buying the annual pass (about £34) if you go regularly as pays for itself after 5/6 trips so great for popping in for a couple of hours or after school.

I would live here if they'd let me! It's brilliant. In addition they're really good in the canteen if your child has a food allergy, everything is clearly labeled and there's gluten free choices. Fantastic!

Not only is this a second home now to many of us but, (although a bit in advance to think about) a great place to visit a very jolly Santa. He always, amazingly, seems to know each child and greets them by their first names immediately as they walk into his lovely grotto! He also seems to know some of the presents they are hoping to receive. The present he gives is farm themed and VERY good quality and great value - I really can't recommened this enough!

we live just down the road and regularly visit. All my 3 love it. It is such good value. Both my boys love the slides in the hay stacks and during the summer the big bouncy castle. There is so much to do there. Also if you go you must have a slice of the homemade cakes - the bread pudding is the best! I am going to get my season ticket soon.

This has just re-opened for 2009 and this year it is open EVERYDAY until 20 Dec 10-4pm (10-5.30pm 29 Mar - 24 Oct). We went this week and bought season tickets as they are such good value. There really is something for all ages - the tractors, straw barn, indoor soft play, the go-carts, the climbing frames in the sand and the new baby goats and 2 day old piglets were a delight. Check out their website for admission prices

We have been to Farmer Palmers a couple of times now and my Daughter loves it. There is so much to do that you need a whole day to enjoy it. She loves the straw slides, riding on the 'ride on' tractors, the bouncy castle, soft ball park and the outside play area which has sand so they are safe. Plus the picnic area is nice for lunch, and feeding the baby lambs and goats was great.

**October 2004** Sally says: *We went over to Farmer Palmers last weekend and the indoor playzone is already open. They have a babies area, a 1.5 to 2.5 years area and the main structure. The park caters for up to 8 years old so you don't get hordes of older children getting carried away and knocking the little ones over. My two who are 18 months and nearly 4 absolutely loved it. I think we may be moving in over there.......!*

We love Farmer Palmers so much that as we are local we have bought season tickets, after just a few visits you have had your moneys worth and thereafter all your other visits for the year are free!! It is the perfect place for all types of weather and completely geared up for young families. The staff are great and also the food in the restaurant is good. Our Antenatal group love it so much we all joined and meet there every week with all our kids. Can't reccomend it highly enough. Lian S-D
