Banana smoothie for kids

  • 240ml cow's milk or plant milk alternative

  • 2 small bananas (fresh or frozen), sliced

  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

  1. Add the milk, banana and oats to a blender. Whizz until smooth.

  2. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
