Kids dairy-free strawberry smoothie

  • 450g strawberries (keep the tops on for extra nutrients)

  • 2 bananas

  • 235ml water (bottled)

  • 6 ice cubes (optional)

  • 1 date (optional)

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree well

  2. Add more water if needed for a smoother texture

  3. I also often add a heaped teaspoon of cacao powder to this shake to give a chocolate flavor and also a boost of magnesium and increase serotonin levels
